‘By Appointment to the Court of the Netherlands’
Hoopman Machines started in 1911 in Aalten. The following year, blacksmith Jan Hoopman moved to the hamlet of IJzerlo. By working hard, he laid the foundations for a new era that succeeded his son Bram in the fifties. In 1958, the turnip harvesting machine was developed. Farmer and trade press were very enthusiastic and the machine made a real advance and development. Hoopman made a big bloom and this invention ultimately made the company great.
With Jan Willem Hoopman as the third generation, Hoopman Machines now stands for a healthy company that has built up a worldwide reputation for quality, reliability and innovation!
